Element Logic named the 16th best workplace in Norway

In the past year, Great Place to Work Institute has analyzed over five hundred companies and conducted national representative studies of Norwegian working life. This is the most comprehensive data collection and analysis done by Norwegian workplaces in the last year and is the basis for the 19th annual selection of Norway’s 50 Best Workplaces.

Great Place to Work measures the temperature in Norwegian working life through representative surveys for the whole country across industries and sectors (National Confidence Index for Working Life). This survey shows the quality of culture and management in the “average” company, and what it takes to be among the very best. Based on the results of the survey, Great Place to Work Institute, Norway’s Best Workplaces. The rating is based on both an absolute assessment in relation to the level of all Norwegian companies and on a relative assessment in relation to all that can be mapped.
