We are thrilled to announce that Element Logic has been recognized once again by Great Place to Work, this time extending our certification to eight countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, USA, Colombia, and newcomer Czech Republic. This achievement, surpassing our previous year’s accomplishment, is a testament to our commitment to fostering a nurturing and joyful work environment for all our employees.
Great Place to Work is a worldwide employee survey measuring employee satisfaction. Credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and community are the five dimensions that are measured. For a workplace to participate in the survey, it`s required to be a minimum of ten employees and require a Trust Index score of 70% to be certified.
